On Saturday, the whole speedway world will watch epic competition on Śląski Stadium in Chorzów. What kind of emotions we will experience? Who will stay forever in speedway history? Who will take the medals of TAURON SEC 2018? We asked „Przegląd Sportowy” journalist Mateusz Puka about his predictions.
Any victory for Jarosław Hampel will satisfy all Polish fans, but it’s not an only mission for „Mały” for Saturday, because there is still 4 points gap between him and Leon Madsen. Can he change it?
- I think that Pole will win whole cycle. He’s in fantastic form in last few weeks and has bigger experience on that kind of tracks. Do you remember first Grand Prix round in Warsaw? He finished on the podium. Robert Lambert should reach for a medal, too – thinks „Przegląd Sportowy” journalist.
What about other Poles? Piotr Pawlicki, Krzysztof Kasprzak and Kacper Woryna will take part in competition as well. The latter will start as a wild card.
- I think that Woryna will be the best of them. He has something to prove and rest of them won’t take a risk before PGE Ekstraliga finals – said Puka.
