The last summary of the remaining five riders which are to compete for the Individual European Championship title. First round of TAURON SEC 2020 will be held in Toruń on 4th of July.

ROBERT LAMBERT

For the third time in a row, Robert Lambert will take part in the Individual European Championship series. The first season at TAURON SEC was extremely successful for the Brit. The bronze medal and victory in Güstrow set the expectations towards Lambert extremely high. The first round of TAURON SEC 2019 didn’t work out as planned. During the second round in Toruń he suffered an injury, which excluded him from the third round in Vojens. In the end, Lambert finished TAURON SEC 2019 on 13th place with 18 points scored.

ANDREI KUDRYASHOV

Since 2016, the Russian has appeared in at least one round of TAURON SEC each year. In 2017 and 2018 he was a regular participant in which he took ninth and tenth place respectively. Last season, Kudryashov participated in the round in Vojens, where he started as a reserve rider. At Vojens Speedway Center, the Russian scored five points and won race number 16.

KAI HUCKENBECK

For the German it will be the third TAURON SEC season in a row, in which he will start as a full-fledged rider. Huckenbeck started with a good performance in Gustrow, but in other tournaments he intertwined better races with worse ones. 9, 5, 8, 2 - this is how Kai Huckenbeck scores in TAURON SEC 2019. With 24 points, the German ended on 10th place in the general classification.

DAVID BELLEGO

Bellego started the TAURON SEC 2019 promisingly. Eight points scored in the first four heats were impressive, but a controversial exclusion made him lose points. Bellego started the second round of TAURON SEC in Toruń with good results but a crash dashed his plans and Bellego had to withdraw from the remaining races in Torun as well as from the entire round in Vojens. The competition at the Silesian Stadium was not a successful one, but thanks to his impressive and efficient racing throughout 2019, David Bellego deserved a place in TAURON SEC 2020.

PETER LJUNG

Peter Ljung returns to the TAURON SEC 2020 series. The Swed competed in the Individual European Championships in 2016, when he scored a total of 15 points in 20 heats.
