German town Gustrow, which host the best riders of Europe last year, this time will be host of the second round of struggle for the best pair in the world. Seven duos will already show up at the stadium in Germany on the 11th of April!
Last year inauguration of European championship ended with the full success and that’s why this time the organizers of Speedway Best Pairs Cup have decided to bring the best riders of the world to Gustrow! MC Gustrow is the club with 50 – year tradition. What is interesting, the local track is made of slag what is rare these days. It’s 298 meters long and its record – holder is Piotr Protasiewicz. It’s difficult, technical track, on which last season top riders had problems during the SEC round.
We should remind that the first round of Speedway Best Pairs Cup will take place in Toruń at Motoarena – on the 28th March. Next, the international duos will come to Germany to fight for points in general classification.
Eurosport Best Pairs took place for the first time in 2013 in Toruń. Last year the series was extended to three rounds and the name was also changed for “Speedway Best Pairs Cup”. The winners were Australians who beat Danes and Poles.
All details concerning next year Speedway Best Pairs Cup series will be given during special press conference of One Sport which is planned on the 12th of December. Then the sale for the three rounds of the series will also be started.
All rounds of SBPC will be transmitted to 71 countries in the whole world thanks to Eurosport.
