Antonio Lindbaeck has received permanent wild card from the organizers of Speedway European Championships series and he has already showed in the first round that this choice was really good. Direct qualification to the final, 12 scored points and finally the fourth place in Torun. Will “Toninho” fight for European Champion title?

Last year was quite average for a rider born in Brazil. Before the current season he moved to Lokomotiv Daugavpils and it looks like it was shot in the jackpot.

- I'm a man who must have some inspiration in life. I strive for something that is not too distant in time. - said Antonio Lindbaeck in an interview.

"Toninho" likes the in Torun very much. Many times he proved that he can win with the best in the world. This was also confirmed during the first round of Speedway European Championships. 12 points scored definitely puts him as one of the favourites for the gold medal of European Championships.

- When you start in the final, you really want to win it, but after all I am happy with the result. I feel that I belong to the top. Now we go to Landshut and frankly, I cannot say much on this subject. Only when I arrive there I will be wondering how to figure out - ended Antonio Lindbaeck.

TAURON SEC quallies starting lists

Qualifying rounds of the TAURON SEC 2024 will take places in Debrecen, Mureck, Stralsund, and Krsko. From each round, the top four riders will advance. An exception is the round in Stralsund, where if any of the Latvian riders will promote, the top three will advance to the SEC Challenge final in Daugavpils.
