Antonio Lindbaeck found himself in the final of Speedway European Championships event for the second time. Although he was fourth at MotoArena, in Landshut he jumped on the lowest step of the podium.
“After the first two heats I couldn’t be satisfied with my disposition. However we did some corrections with the boys and in another starts I was really fast. I am happy mainly with the points because they give me the chance to win the medal at the end of the season”.
Lindbaeck was third in the final and stood on the podium of Speedway European Championships event for the first time in his career.
“That’s very nice feeling, standing on the podium I can be happy with a good result. So far everything goes right way because I am on the medal position after the two rounds. However there are two rounds ahead in which everything can happen. I do not hide that I count on a good result in Sweden, in front of my audience. I want to score there as many points as possible” – ended the third rider of the general classification, Antonio Lindbaeck.
