At tonight's #LetsMakeSpeedway gala, taking place at CKK Jordanki in Toruń, representatives of the One Sport company and the President of Toruń announced that the first round of this year's Speedway Euro Championship will take place at Motoarena in Toruń. Individual European Championship is coming back to this city after a one-year break. Both organizers and city's authorities praise the mutual cooperation, so this comeback was kind of a natural thing.
Motoarena will host the riders fighting for the Euro trophy for the second time in history. Let's remind that the first time Speedway Euro Championship was held here on June 20th 2015, it was Dane Nicki Pedersen getting the win after the final heat, where he defeated Paweł Przedpełski, Emil Sayfutdinov and Antonio Lindbaeck. During the mentioned gala, the official calendar of the series was presented as well. It starts and ends in Poland - final round will take place on September 16th in Lublin.
Organizers prepared a special offer for the fans: "ticket + ticket", which groups the Speedway Best Pairs round in Toruń and Speedway Euro Championship round as well. Purchase can be made from February 1st via www.eventim.pl
