Well used wild cards

 In three previous SEC rounds, which took place in Toruń, Gustrow and Hallstavik, organizers gave wild cards to Jarosław Hampel, Kai Huckenbeck and Jacob Thorssell. Pole, German and Swede scored 36 points together and this is just 2 points less than what SEC Champion, Andrzej Lebedev scored.

This year wild cards are definitely better than in previous Speedway Euro Championship editions. You can look how riders with wild cards were riding in last few years below. Score is summed up after 4 rounds. We want to show which position in GC they could won, too.

2013: 39 points – 4th place
2014: 25 points – 10th place
2015: 31 points – 6th place
2016: 29 points – 9th place.

Riders, who are fighting as constant wild cards are making pretty good results in this year's Speedway Euro Championship. Before the start of cycle took place, organizers invited Andrzejs Lebedevs, Andreas Jonsson and Artiom Laguta. It’s worth noticing, that all of them are in top 4 in GC. Furthermore, at least one of them finished every round on the podium.
