Daniel Jeleniewski received a "wild card" for the fourth, final round of Speedway Euro Championship, which comes on September 16th in Lublin. We've also got the list of reserves.

Daniel Jeleniewski started his career in Motor Lublin and in 1999 he passed his speedway license, representing this club. Back then, in 17 heats, got 3 points total. Between 1999 and 2007 he was representing clubs from Lublin (LKŻ Lublin and TŻ Lublin) and later on, he met the taste of Ekstraliga's tracks while starting in Wrocław.

- I'm really happy with receiving this "wild card" for SEC in Lublin - Daniel Jeleniewski said. Now my head is about to fully focus on preparations to this meeting and be able to fight with European top.

Jeleniewski has his biggest success so far in 2007, when he was fourth (behind Rune Holta, Tomasz Gollob and Damian Baliński) in the Individual Polish Championship in Wrocław.

- I will probably feel a light pressure, because this meeting will be held on my home track and in front of the audience, which I know well. However, I've got nothing to lose, so will get to this meeting with a clear head. If I'll be able to get a good score, I'll be extremely happy - Jeleniewski said.

Before this year's league season, "Jeleń" decided to come back to resurrecting club from Lublin. In 2. PLŻ, Daniel Jeleniewski is the top scoring rider of Speed Car Motor Lublin and 7th rider when it comes to a heat average in the whole league (2,328 points per heat).

It's worth mentioning that Oskar Bober and Wiktor Lampart will be track reserves.
