Last season was by far the best for Vaclav Milik in the entire speedway career. Finishing the age of 21 won Individual European Championships U21, after an exciting fight he won Individual Czech Championships and in a pair with Eduard Krcmar he won in Pair European Championships in Divisov. Milik was the best scorer of the tournament and in the decisive he turned out to be better than experienced riders: Sebastian Ułamek and Damian Baliński. To be completely happy he only missed medal in the Individual World Championships U21 - "Vacek" mentally burned in last tournament in Pardubice and lost practically sure medal to Dane Michelsen.
Since two seasons, he's been representing Betard Sparta Wrocław and from the very beginning, he became a solid rock of this team, surprising even the biggest experts. Vaclav proved that he inherited his huge talent after father. At the beginning of the past season, got a big trust credit and received a permanent wild card for SEC 2016. Milik didn't let the organizers and most importantly fans down and made use of this chance. Very good and stable performances in all four rounds of the series got Czech rider straight to the European vice-champion title.
