Fans saw an interesting competition, in with great racing and many position changings.

Andzejs Lebedevs returns to the Speedway Euro Championship lineup. The winner of the series from 2017 received his promotion in Pardubice, where he finished as fourth with 11 points scored. The Latvian insists that none of this year's tracks will cause him any major problems because he just loves speedway.
Thanks to a permanent "wild card" received from the promoters, the 28-year-old Kai Huckenbeck will take part in the SEC series again. The German rider admits, that last year was not the best for him, but he left most of his problems behind now.
Just a few days after the final round of SEC, Timo Lahti will be 29 years old. And he’s hoping to celebrate his birthday confirmed as one of the best riders in Europe.
