Martin Vaculik, who is defending the European Champion title, had quite poor inauguration of this year Speedway European Championships series. In Gustrow, Germany Slovak scored only seven points. What is more, during the match of Swedish league he had a dangerous fall which resulted in a leg injury. However Vaculik calms: “I will definitely ride in Togliatti!”.

 Betard Sparta Wrocław won on their home track with Polish team champions, Falubaz Zielona Góra50:40 and they improved a little bit their situation in the league table. On Sunday there was only one more match of the tenth round of ENEA Ekstraliga. Fogo Unia Leszno had no problems with Wybrzeże Gdańsk and won 63:27.

 Greg Hancock won the seventh round of Individual World Championship. In the capital city of Wales, American was in front of the representative of hosts, Tai Woffinden, Darcy Ward and Krzysztof Kasprzak. Although Hancock won he lost the lead in general classification – he is losing three points to Tai Woffinden.
