Leon Madsen took second place during the last competition in Gdańsk. The Dane had some problems in the first phase of the competition but in the following races his performance was much better. Before the final round in Rybnik Madsen lost two points to Mikkel Michelsen and Piotr Pawlicki.

Three rounds - three times on the podium. In Gdańsk, Madsen had only two points after two series. He stresses that this loss of points can be crucial in the fight for the title of Individual European Champion.

- If you had told me after my second race that I would end up on the second place and be only two points behind the leaders I would have accepted that but when it comes to the end, that vital points can cost me the championship.

The next few races were a performance worth the 2018 champion. Madsen was one of those, who mostly overtook his rivals on the track. Just like in Güstrow, the Dane won the promotion to the final through the race-off. In the final, we saw a duel between Madsen and Michelsen again. This time, the 2019 SEC winner triumphed.

Before the final round of the series in Rybnik, Madsen is losing two points to the leaders - Mikkel Michelsen and Piotr Pawlicki. The Dane stresses that he will do everything he can to finish the SEC cycle on the highest step of the podium.

- Everything is open now. I'm only two points behind Piotr and Mikkel so everything is going to Rybnik. I'm gonna be on fire. Now, it's one week for to rest and we are gonna comeback to Rybnik in one week. I'm going to give my all because I want to win the European Championship.
