Eight participants of this year's Individual European Championships will take part in the FIM Speedway Of Nations semifinals, which starts tomorrow in Vojens.
TAURON Speedway Euro Championship 2022 riders will enter the track on Wednesday. The bronze medallist of the last year series, Patryk Dudek will represent Poland, while Kai Huckenbeck is named as the leader of Team Germany. Güstrow's hero will race with Norick Blodorn and Michael Haertel as his teammates. Haertel will appear in TAURON SEC 2022 during the second round, which will take place on August 6 in Güstrow. The German received a 'wild card' for this one.
The second semi-final will take place on Thursday, with the Czech Republic, France, Sweden and Great Britain teams in the line-up. The first one will be represented by Vaclav Milik. The French are the current European Pairs Champions and will be represented in Vojens by Dimitri Berge and David Bellego. The Swedes include Oliver Berntzon in the line-up, while defending Team World Champions will be represented by Daniel Bewley.
The riders will compete again in Güstrow, where the second round of the TAURON SEC 2022 will take place on August 6. After the inaugural round in Rybnik, Mikkel Michelsen and Janusz Kołodziej are on the lead of the interim classification. Both scored 14 points.
