Very hard task is waiting for Czech speedway riders on 8th June. Let's recall that this time in Toruń Eurosport Speedway Best Paris will take place. Best speedway riders will compete in event on Motoarena.

Most of experts and supporters think that Poland is the favourite of this tournament and that Czechs are the weakest team in a stake. When we look at the history of the Pairs World Cup, the facts are ruthless to our southern neighbors.

1986 was a great year for Czechs in this tournament. That time Czech team won their first and for this time the only medal of Pairs World Cup. It was a bronze medal. It all happened on a german track in Pocking. Danes and Americans were fighting for a first place and Czechs were third, but only by better result of individually won races. It's hard to resist the idea that our southern neighbours duo had some luck combined with brilliant performance of Antonin Kasper. "Tony" was a leader of a pair which he has been creating with Roman Matousek.

This year Czech team managed by Milan Spinka will be represented i.a. by Ales Dryml. The rider have very good and interesting period in his career. He was promoted to Enea Ekstraliga with Start Gniezno few months ago. This season he will ride in minimum of two Grand Prix rounds, where he's replacing injured Darcy Ward. On 8th June he will compete with speedway world's best riders on Best Pairs tournament. - I've got no expectations about those meetings, I'll try as always to do my best and ride proud for my country! Again, as I said before I am proud to be able to represent my Country in any world event and to show the young Czech riders that it is possible to get this opportunity with hard work - says proud rider.

- I didn't have a chance to ride on the new Toruń Motoarena and I'm looking forward for it - admits the rider. - I have seen footage from meeting there and it looks like a nice race track - adds. Will Dryml be able to win with world class opponents? We'll see it soon.
