We have learned the starting list for the second round of TAURON SEC 2024, which will take place on July 20 in Grudziądz.
The TAURON Speedway Euro Championship is a four-round competition where riders fight for the gold medal of the Individual European Championships and a spot in the 2025 FIM Speedway Grand Prix. This year, the rounds will be hosted by Debrecen (June 8), Grudziądz (July 20), Güstrow (August 24), and Chorzów (September 21). The inaugural event was won by Andzejs Lebedevs, with Maciej Janowski and Jacob Thorssell completing the podium.
Right in the first race, fans gathered at the Venture Industries Arena in Grudziądz will witness a rivalry between Patryk Dudek and Max Fricke. Returning from injury, Janusz Kołodziej will face a tough challenge at the very beginning. The bronze medalist of TAURON SEC 2023 will compete against Maciej Janowski, Leon Madsen, and Piotr Pawlicki in the second race of the day. In the last race of the first series, the current leader of the overall standings, Andzejs Lebedevs, will compete.
