Bartłomiej Kowalski has received a 'wild card' for the fourth round of the TAURON Speedway Euro Championship 2024, which will take place on September 21 at the Śląski Stadium in Chorzów.
The 22-year-old rider is considered one of the most promising Polish speedway talents. Kowalski is the bronze medalist in the 2023 U-21 Individual World Championship, and last year he was a key figure in the national junior team that won the Speedway of Nations 2. This season is his first among the seniors. Kowalski is a solid member of the Wrocław team, as evidenced by his race average – 1.848.
So far, the Polish rider has participated in one round of the TAURON SEC 2024 – in Debrecen, where he replaced the injured Janusz Kołodziej. In Chorzów, he will have the opportunity to increase his tally in this year's series.
The reserve riders for the upcoming round will be Robert Chmiel and Tim Sørensen.
