Vice European Champion, Dannish rider Nicki Pedersen changing club in Poland. From Rzeszow transferred to Wielkopolska, where in 2014 will race in the colors of Fogo Unia Leszno. Pedersen last season drove in the team of Rzeszow, Podkarpacie region, however, the teamwas relegated of the ENEA Extraleague.
Dane also negotiated a contract with Unibax Torun, however, after activists from Torun chose Emil Sajfutdinowa, Pedersen automatically signed in Leszno. Nicki Pedersen was the fourth most successful player ENEA Extraleague last season. It starts with an end result of 2,264 points on the course.
During the press conference also presented the new President of the Union Leszno, Piotr Rusiecki. Power transmitted was already president, Joseph Dworakowski. The player with the country's Hamlet was not happy with his performances, because, inter alia, has decided to sign a contract with the new club.
– Especially because of my hand injury I couldn’t reach much. I’m pleased with my league averages which were nearly the same in Poland and Sweden but in the World Championships every time I dropped two-three points and when you’re not there you know, then it’s really hard to fight for the trophy. In Speedway European Championhips all of us can feel kind of partnership inside and really friendly behavior. – That is right. I need to admit that the first year of SEC truly have no mistakes and dramas if you know what I mean. Organizers are focused, everything seems to be goin’ in the right direction. Atmosphere as you have mentioned is cool to be honest. Noone expects such a big things in the beginning but every part of that competition works well.
