We are just after the emotions connected with the first tournament of Speedway European Championships in Gustrow and it’s already in a week when we will be witnesses of the second round of Individual European Championship. This time the riders will move East, to Togliatti, 985 km from Moscow.

The best riders of Europe will compete at the stadium named Anatolij Stiepanow for the second time. Last year Emil Sajfutdinow won in front of Nicki Pedersen and Grigorij Laguta. Surely those two first riders would like to repeat their last year scores. Unfortunately, because of the injury, Grigorij Laguta will be replaced again by Maksims Bogdanovs.

The representative of hosts, starting with the wild card will be Vitalij Biełousow, who last year scored 3 points and was 12th. Definitely the favorites of the tournament are: Nicki Pedersen, the winner from Gustrow, and Emil Sajfutdinow, who last year qualified to the race – off at the very last moment and then won the final.

To remind, after the first round of SEC Nicki Pedersen and Janusz Kołodziej are on the lead – both have 14 points. Just behind them are Peter Kildemand and Emil Sajfutdinow – 9 points.

We also encourage to download the Speedway European Championships application and follow events connected with European Championship. The application is available for phones and tablets with Android system and IOS! Now you can have a look at the information from our website, see the newest photos and follow live results on the equipment with the most popular operating systems. All this thanks to RosMedia.
