Piotr Pawlicki won the qualifying round in Daugavpils scoring maximum. The rider from Leszno beat Hans Andersen and Grigorij Laguta, who won four times and had one engine fault. Apart from three riders mentioned, representatives of hosts Kjastas Puodżuks and Andzejs Lebedevs qualified for SEC Challenge.
Overdue round of Polish PGE Ekstraliga took place last Sunday. Visitors won in all matches and the biggest surprise was made by the teams from Tarnów and Toruń which beat MrGarden GKM Grudziądz and MoneymakesMoney.pl Stal Gorzów. Polish champions are last in the league table after four round and they have no points.
The third year of European Championships, in new better formula, is ahead of us. So far the Champions of Europe were Martin Vaculik and Emil Sajfutdinow. The first of three qualifying rounds to the final of SEC Challenge is behind us. In Hungarian Debrecen the meeting was won by double victory of Poles. Piotr Protasiewicz won and he beat Tomasz Jędrzejak in additional heat. Leon Madsen stood on the lowest step of the podium.

The best Polish speedway rider in the history, Tomasz Gollob has received permanent wild card in Speedway European Championships series 2015. The rider has joined to Emil Sajfutdinow, Peter Kildemand, Nicki Pedersen, Martin Vaculik and Janusz Kołodziej who assured their start in the coming edition of SEC thanks to good places which they took last season.
