VMS Elit Vetlanda - Piraterna Motala 46:44
On Tuesday evening first final meeting between Elit Vetlanda and Piraterna Motale were held. Fixture was exciting and case of the trophy is still open. Home team tried to escape from the beginning of the meeting but Pirates managed to find correct setup and they were still close. In the Elit team the best was Janusz Kolodziej who scored paid twelve. Fantastic performance from 32-years old Magnuss Karlsson who replaced injured riders in Bosse Wirebrand's team.
Finally Elit Vetlanda won by only two points advantage over Piraterna Motala. In heat number 15 Jaroslaw Hampel had a fall on the second position so the advantage couldn't be bigger for home riders. In todays second leg of the final Piraterna have a really small job to do.
Swedish international collected 10 points with three individual wins. For away team unexpected good racin' from Jonas Davidsson who's strugling a big time in polish extraleague. Swedish rider scored fourteen from six races. In the Piraterna team were one of the SEC riders Martin Vaculik from Slovakia. After the poor begining later in the meeting it was really hard to beat him. 8 points from four that is exactly how Martin Vaculik was scoring in the first leg of the final.
