Norick Blödorn will debut in TAURON SEC series as the 'wild card' during the second round, which will take place in Güstrow. The German got his goal for the upcoming competition.

Despite the young age, Blödorn has managed to record many successes, including the title of Individual German Champion. Blödorn accomplished this as the youngest rider in the history of the competition. What are his feelings ahead of the upcoming TAURON SEC round in Güstrow?

- It will be an exciting event for me. The TAURON Speedway Euro Championship is a series in which I want to compete regularly in the future. Saturday's round will be an ideal chance to see what competing in the series really looks like.

Recent weeks in the performance of the German representative were not successful. Norick has been struggling with numerous engine problems, but as he stresses, Saturday's competition should go his way.

- During the last few matches I struggled with my bikes. I think I have found a solution and now things will only get better.

The venue in Güstrow has its own unusual characteristics. In addition to the surface, which is unprecedented these days, the starting line is located in an unusual place. What can a rider, who received a 'wild card' for the upcoming competition, say about this track?

- As everyone knows, this oval cannot be compared to any other. When you drive on it you have the impression that it is round. The location of the starting line is also unusual. If you know where the lines are, you are able to go really fast and overtake at the distance. The track can be tricky, especially if you are riding on the lead - the German representative noted.

Blödorn will come to Güstrow with a clear goal, but he realizes that much more experienced riders will be fighting for victory.

- I'll show my best. I would be very pleased if I finish the meeting in the top 10. In my opinion, the favorites of the competition are Janusz Kolodziej, Dominik Kubera, Leon Madsen or Mikkel Michelsen. I quietly hope for the success of the German riders - Blödorn ended.
