Hans Andersen with nine points came 7th in SEC Challenge in Zarnowica on July the 6th. Danish international qualified to the Speedway Europen Championships finals.

Here "Ugly Duck" comments Saturday’s meeting in Slovakia. - I’m very happy that I’m in the SEC main tournament but it could be totally different to be honest. The beginning of Challenge was fantastic for me but in the end was very nervous. The most important thing is I’m in, fear is past and I can go into the main dish with free head and new hope - he judges.

- If we will take a look into the lineups I can admitt that this is mix of Young eagles who have never been a part of big tournaments with old champions who have been eaten a bread from so many bakery’s - Hans admits and says: - I really don’t think that more experienced riders are hundred percent favourites of Speedway European Championships. For example Grigorij Łaguta who have never been fightin’ for World Championship here can be a top rider - Hans speaks about his private favourite.

Danish rider talked about his aim for this year SEC finals and feelings about the track in Gdansk: - I wish have a good result there and I will do my best. So far I’m enjoyin’ my free time during the World Cup. I’m restin’ with my family to be back fully concentrated for opening tournament in Gdańsk. I know this track very well and there is no mysteries for me there. My aim is that I should collect important points in every round straight from the beginning. And in the end I want to have as many of them as possible. So I want to invite everyone to Gdańsk when we all will begin a totally new opening of Speedway European Championships - Andersen finishes.
