10 points - that was Andriej’s Karpow scoring in SEC Challenge in Zarnovica. Ukrainian international finishes on the fifth place and his good disposition gave him a qualifications to the finals of SEC 2013.

Karpov admitts that his high place in Slovakia is effect of preparations and hard work during all the qualifications stages. - I’m happy for the qualification. It is a great success for me. I was workin’ for the finals whole year racin’ in qualifications. I need to work a little bit more with my engines and it should be really great. As you can see I‘m givin’ a lot of work into my preparations. I’m still very demanding. I think that I shows myself from the good side but I still want to be better and better and achieve more. Thanks to my sponsors and friends who are helpin’ me a lot - says happy rider.

Ukrainian rider isn’t showin’ a favourites to the SEC title this year. - For me every rider is built from the same bones - excited Andriej said. - There are no hundred percent favourites. It really doesn’t matter if this is Nicki Pedersen or some SEC young rider. Everyone can do a lot in this competition that is why you will love it. I want to invite every speedway fan to Gdansk - he adds.

Our interviewer thinks that in the first SEC final in Gdansk start will be the crushial thing. It needs to be added that Karpov was racin’ for Wybrzeze team in 2007 and 2008 seasons. - The recipe for track in Gdansk is very easy. You just need to win the start and don’t look back after that. That is exactly what am I goin’ to do. I will show everyone how fast I can be - Ukrainian rider says.
